The Mark Hotel New York comes in top 1 with a penthouse for $75,000 per night, following with the Ty Warner Suite of the Four Seasons New York for $50,000 and the Suite 5000 of the Mandarin Oriental New York for $36,000 per night. What made these rooms so expensive?

The Mark Hotel Penthouse was designed by the legendary designer Jacques Frances. This suite is 1,115 square meters large and has 5 bedrooms, 4 heaters, 6 bathrooms, 2 bars, piano, library, dining room, rooftop terrace with the view of New York Central Park, New York city, and the Metropolitan Museum Art. This castle in the sky has almost everything and can even turn into a giant ballroom at anytime with its 8 meter high ceiling.
